CARL EDWARD SIMPSON

Carl was a treasured friend of many in the cycling & spinning communities. After waging a short and courageous battle with metastasized melanoma throughout the summer of 2019, Carl departed this world on August 31.

Carl Simpson was a much loved, kind-hearted and gentle spirited soul who touched the lives of many during his 67 years.

He is remembered by his friends as a regular on their annual Italian cycling trips as well as by those who came to know Carl in group cycling classes he participated in for many years at Pure Fitness, his home away from home in Leaside.

This web site, in Carl's honour, has been created in order to give those who loved him the opportunity to make donations in his name to the Edmund Odette Cancer Centre and specifically the Melanoma Site Group where Carl was treated at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
