I am excited to be taking part in the 3rd annual OCD Walk Toronto in support of the Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre. The funds raised will support important research, education and treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder – a mental health issue that affects people of all ages and walks of life . Services for OCD can be hard to find which is why the Thompson Centre is such an important resource. The Thompson Centre is the only program in Canada that offers a range of services from individual and group therapy, to psychiatric consultations and care, to residential treatment. It has changed people’s lives.

I want to help the Thompson Centre continue to do its work, and to raise awareness of this mental health issue. Please join me in supporting this important work
