I am excited to be taking part in the 5th annual OCD Walk Toronto in support of the Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre. The funds raised will support important services that treat Obsessive Compulsive Disorder – a mental health disorder that affects people of all ages and walks of life . Services for OCD can be hard to find which is why the Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre is such an important resource. The Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre is the only program in Canada that offers a range of services from individual and group therapy, to psychiatric consultations and care, to residential treatment. It has changed people’s lives.
I want to help the Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre continue to do its work, and to raise awareness of this mental health disorder. Please join me in supporting the Centre that my dad helped to create ten years ago.
There will be a silent auction starting up the beginning of June should you wish to look at this. Thanks.
